Study Summary

This trial will test a new mobile intervention designed to help old people eat more healthily. The main hypothesis is that mobile approaches can help improve behavior and metabolism in people 65 and older who are mildly to moderately frail. The trial will compare usual care to usual care plus the mobile intervention, and will provide data on how well the intervention works and how acceptable it is.
