- I am between 18 and 65 years old.I have had spine surgery or have been diagnosed with spondylosis, spinal stenosis, or a herniated disc.I have a neurological disorder as defined by the WHO.I am between 18 and 65 years old and can make my own medical decisions.I have skin conditions or inflammation in the area that was irradiated.You have a reduced ability to feel things, as defined by the World Health Organization.You are allergic or sensitive to phototherapy.I am currently taking medication for pain, inflammation, or mental health.I do not have any current infections.You have used recreational drugs or abused prescription or over-the-counter drugs in the past 3 months.I have had lower back pain for over 3 months, with a pain level between 4 and 7.I have heart disease.I have had fractures in my spine before.You have a pacemaker for your heart or brain.You have a tattoo in the area where radiation treatment will be given.
- Group 1: Standard Exercise Therapy
- Group 2: Low Level Laser Therapy + standard exercise therapy
- Group 3: Sham Low Level Laser Therapy + standard exercise therapy
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

"This medical trial is attempting to recruit 216 persons, aged 18-65 who are struggling with back pain. In order to be considered for the study, patients must meet further criteria: possess a Quadruple Visual Analogue Scale rating between 4 and 7 at the time of assessment; provide informed consent; report non-specific chronic low back agony that has persisted more than 3 months in their lumbosacral area without any recognized pathologies (e.g., infection, tumor, osteoporosis)."

Secondary objectives include calculating Mean Pain Free Days/Months with Brief Pain Inventory from Weeks 6-52; measuring reduction in agony based on a 0-10 scale via the aforementioned questionnaire; assessing reliance on medication for ache management utilizing BPI during Week 6-52; and lastly recording Frequency of Low Back pain Episodes according to patients' daily records at Weeks 1-52."
