This trial will use telehealth to help reduce anxiety in families of kids with autism, with 12 sessions and assessments of heart rate, observations and caregiver ratings.

- You are being treated for something other than anxiety that is measured by the ADIS/ASA.You have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by a qualified professional.You have a primary concern related to anxiety as determined by the Anxiety Disorders Interview Schedule for Autism Spectrum and Developmental Disorders: Parent Version (ADIS/ASA).
- Group 1: CAT
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

Eligible candidates must have a cognitive ability within the 48-107 month bracket as measured by either the Wechsler Preschool & Primary Scale of Intelligence-Fourth Edition (WPPSI-IV; ages 2:6-7:7) or the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Fifth Edition (WISC-V; ages 6:0-16:11), access to technology"
