- I am 18 years old or older.I am currently in an exercise program and plan to continue it during the study.I prefer not to answer screening questions or meet the research team.It has been at least 4 weeks since my lung transplant surgery.I have been discharged from the hospital after my lung transplant.I struggle to walk ¼ mile or climb 10 steps without stopping to rest.You have other long-term health conditions that could make it difficult for you to participate in exercise training, such as heart problems, muscle or bone issues, or problems with thinking or memory.You have a medical condition that prevents you from participating in the study.
- Group 1: LTGO-Home Based Exercise
- Group 2: Enhanced Usual Care
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
