This study is looking at whether Pilates-based exercise can help with hypermobility-related symptoms, like pain.

Inclusion Criteria

I have had ongoing pain for at least 3 months.
I am 18 years old or older.
* Self-reported hypermobility with confirmed or suspected diagnosis of hEDS/HSD;

Timeline for a Trial Participant

Screening

Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial

2-4 weeks

Treatment

Participants receive 6 weeks of once weekly in-person Pilates-based exercise classes or educational seminars

6 weeks
6 visits (in-person)

Follow-up

Participants are monitored for safety and effectiveness after treatment

6 weeks
2 visits (in-person)
