What You Need to Know Before You Apply

What is the purpose of this trial?

This is a phase 2b, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

This trial is for adults aged 18-65 with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) affecting at least 10% of their skin, who have had the condition for over a year and haven't improved enough with creams or ointments. Participants must be able to use contraception and give consent.

Inclusion Criteria

3. EASI score of ≥ 16 at Screening and at Baseline.
5. Contraceptive use should be consistent with local regulations regarding the methods of contraception for those participating in clinical studies.

Timeline for a Trial Participant

Screening

Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial

Treatment

Participants are randomized to receive either camoteskimab or placebo for 24 weeks

All participants receive camoteskimab in the extension period
