for Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis
This trial tests the safety and effectiveness of tovorafenib (DAY101) in children and young adults with Langerhans cell histiocytosis that is worsening, has returned, or does not respond to other treatments. Tovorafenib is taken orally and works by blocking enzymes needed for cancer cell growth. The study aims to find the best dose and observe the response and side effects over time.

Sirolimus + Chemotherapy
for High-Risk Pediatric Cancers
The primary objective of this study is to improve the 2-year progression-free survival in children with high-risk solid tumors who are administered a maintenance regimen with continuous sirolimus administered on a backbone of metronomic chemotherapy following the completion of "standard" therapy, as compared to high-risk solid tumor patients treated with observation alone following completion of "standard" therapy.
