Inclisiran

for Angioplasty

V-INTERVENTION will evaluate the effectiveness of inclisiran in preventing major cardiovascular and limb events in patients receiving percutaneous coronary or peripheral arterial revascularization. Inclisiran is a subcutaneous, twice-yearly injection that is FDA-approved as an adjunct with statin therapy and on the market to lower LDL-C in high-risk populations.

Sirolimus-Coated Balloon

for Coronary Artery Disease

This is a multicenter, randomized, single-blind pivotal study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the MagicTouchTM Drug coated balloon in treatment of small vessels in patients with coronary artery disease. The objective is to establish the safety and efficacy of the Magic TouchTM Drug coated balloon in treatment of small vessels (≤2.75 mm). A total of 1605 subjects will be enrolled in a maximum of 50 study sites located in North America. Additional sites located in Europe and South America may also participate in the study, with non-US sites contributing a maximum of \~50% of enrollees.

Olpasiran

for Cardiovascular Disease

The primary objective is to evaluate the effect of olpasiran, compared to placebo, on the risk for coronary heart disease death (CHD death), myocardial infarction, or urgent coronary revascularization in participants at risk for a first major cardiovascular event with elevated lipoprotein(a) (Lp\[a\]).
