- I am able to care for myself but may not be able to do active work.My cancer has spread outside of my brain.My brain tumor is a Grade IV Glioblastoma without IDH mutation.My cancer's MGMT status is unknown.I had a biopsy of my brain tumor with less than 20% removed.My cancer's MGMT promoter methylation status is known.
- Group 1: Part A
- Group 2: Part B - Standard TMZ + RT
- Group 3: Part B - CC-90010 + Temozolomide (TMZ) + Radiotherapy (RT)
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
