This trial is investigating whether arts and movement therapies can help to reduce symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, and somatic symptoms in youth and adults exposed to trauma, including families resettled as refugees and families in high-risk, low-resource environments.

- People who are able to and willing to provide consent, or with at least one parent who is able and willing to provide consent for minors under the age of 18.
- Group 1: Alternative therapy
- Group 2: No Intervention
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
