In order for participants to be eligible, they must satisfy the following criteria: female sex assigned at birth, capable of providing informed consent, bra band size between 32-40 inches (with cup sizes D-G), a score of 3 or higher on International Physical Activity Questionnaire - Short Form (IPAQ-SF)), an answer of "NO" to any general health questions posed by PARQ+, no previous surgeries performed on their back, neck or shoulders area and no history of breast reconstruction surgery nor spinal cord injury."
