How can I become a participant in this experiment?

"This research trial is looking for 30 volunteers aged between 18-30 who are dealing with behavioural or addictive issues. The study has two cohorts: Juul users and those that have never used an e-cigarette (controls). To qualify as a Juul user, participants must use 5% nicotine pods at least 3 times per week; if the first testing day shows no cotinine in their system they will not be allowed to continue in the study. Those classified as vaping naïve can partake so long as they haven't vaped more than 12 times or for over three months duration. Individuals of legal age (18-20) will not"
