- You have a history of severe fear of enclosed spaces or getting motion sickness.You must be currently participating in an exercise-based rehabilitation program.You are not able to do physical exercises due to your current stage in rehabilitation.You have arm injury caused by a neurological disorder such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, or spinal cord injury.
- Group 1: Virtual Reality Intervention Group
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

The QDASH score is represented on an 0 - 100 point system where lower scores indicate less disability."
