- You have chest pain even when you're not doing any physical activity.You have experienced three or more falls in the past six months.You have a condition that causes memory loss, like dementia.You have difficulty maintaining balance due to feeling dizzy or fainting.You have significant hearing or vision problems.You have a very serious illness and have been referred to hospice or palliative care.You have unstable chest pain.You have had a stroke and have difficulty speaking or understanding language.You are currently experiencing joint pain or discomfort.You do less than 2.5 hours of physical activity every week.You experience chest pain when you exercise or do physical activities.You currently have a diagnosis of psychosis and are experiencing active symptoms.You currently have a problem with drugs or alcohol.
- Group 1: OA-PCP
- Group 2: Attention Control
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
