Study Summary

This trial will assess how older adults can improve their sleep habits to get better rest. Data will be collected via wearable tech.

Who is the study for?

It's not suitable for those with diagnosed sleep disorders like insomnia or obstructive sleep apnea, or for individuals who cannot wear a wrist-worn sleep tracking device.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The study tests if a one-time educational video on good sleep hygiene, alone or combined with automated text messaging, can improve older adults' sleep health. Success will be measured using both subjective reports and objective data from wearable devices.See study design
What are the potential side effects?
Since the interventions involve non-invasive methods such as education and text messaging, no direct side effects are expected from participating in this trial.
