- You have liver cancer that has spread to other parts of the body or has come back after treatment, and it cannot be surgically removed.You are expected to live for more than 3 months.You have been diagnosed with one of the following diseases, either recently or more than 6 months ago, and it has been confirmed by tests: [list of diseases].You have pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of the body, come back after treatment, or is in a state where it cannot be surgically removed.You have advanced or recurring cancer in the esophagus, gastroesophageal junction, or stomach, and surgery is not an option for you.
- Group 1: Standard of Care
- Group 2: Oncology Nurse Navigation
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

"The primary goal of this trial, measured over a period of 6 months from when the patient was randomized until they cease treatment, is to observe Overall Survival. Supporting outcomes are Oncology Nurse Navigation Comparison for Overall Survival (rate and at 12 months), Oncology Nurse Navigation Comparison for Satisfaction (#33 EORTC PATSAT C33 scale 1-5; higher scores indicate better results) and finally Oncology Nurse Navigation Referral Rate which measures referral rate towards Palliative Care services, Hospice aid, Nutrition support as well as Social Work Services."
