This trial will help us understand how well two online stress management programs help students with stress.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for full-time college students aged 18-25 who are studying in-person and feel their emotional well-being could be better. They must own a smartphone with at least iPhone 5 or Android 5 OS and have an active data plan. Students with major depression, generalized anxiety, or panic disorders cannot participate.Check my eligibility
