Study Summary

This trial will compare the effects of a one-day online CBT-based workshop for postpartum depression delivered by trained lay peers, to usual care alone. The study will aim to determine if the online workshop can improve PPD more than usual care, if it is cost-effective, and if it can reduce the impact of common comorbidities and complications of PPD.
