Study Summary

This trial will study changes in the putamen, a brain structure, in healthy teens who meditate. The hypothesis is that those who meditate will have stronger putamen nodes than those who do not meditate. The trial will also study changes in emotional problems in those who meditate, with the hypothesis that there will be a decrease in emotional problems in meditators compared to those who do not meditate.
