This trial will evaluate a mobile platform to help healthcare workers cope with stress and depression during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Personalized interventions will be used to manage distress. #mentalhealth #COVID19

Group I: Mobile Intervention GroupExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
One half of the participants will receive personalized automated alerts throughout their involvement.
Group II: Control GroupActive Control1 Intervention
For 4 weeks, the other half of the participants will not receive personalized automated alerts. After 4 weeks, these alerts will be enabled.
