Study Summary

This trial will study whether a 4-week Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) intervention delivered via videoconferencing to both persons living with dementia (PLwD) and their caregivers is feasible, acceptable, and efficacious in improving sleep disturbances.
