This trial will test whether a simulation-based preparedness intervention called CRI:SIS can help reduce stress and anxiety in physicians who have to care for COVID-19 patients.

Group I: Simulation InterventionExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
Participants randomized to the intervention arm will receive CRI:SIS as a three-hour simulation session.
Group II: ControlActive Control1 Intervention
Participants randomized to the control arm will participate in four shift data collections, with no additional intervention.
