- You have experienced a serious head injury in the past.You have a bulging blood vessel in your brain called a cerebral aneurysm.You are pregnant or breastfeeding.You are currently experiencing thoughts of harming yourself, as determined by a special questionnaire called the Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale.You have a brain or spinal cord tumor.You have a current or past history of neurological disorder or seizures.You have a mental illness called primary psychotic disorder.You have had a stroke.Your health is not stable.
