- You have a current diagnosis of long-term pain.You have prior experience with neurofeedback.You have a medical or mental condition that makes it difficult for you to understand the study and provide informed consent.You have difficulty understanding or communicating effectively, which may prevent you from participating in group treatment or study procedures.You can speak and understand English.You have experience with mindfulness training such as participating in MBSR or MBRP program.You have had thoughts of ending your life with a plan in the last week or attempted suicide in the last 3 months.You have a long-term condition that causes pain.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
- Group 1: MORE+NF
- Group 2: MORE
- Group 3: Supportive Psychotherapy
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
