This trial is testing whether T-cell depleted, CD34+ stem cells can help patients with aplastic anemia who are undergoing allogeneic bone marrow transplantation.

- My donor is a family member who mostly matches my tissue type.I don't have hepatitis B, and my liver tests are within normal limits.My creatinine level is 2.0 mg/dL or lower.My lung function tests are at least half of what is expected.I have not been diagnosed with Fanconi's anemia.I have a history of heart artery problems.I have no cancer history except for skin cancer that was only on the skin's surface.I have a severe blood or immune system disorder that requires frequent transfusions.My immune-related anemia or low platelets didn't improve with steroids or cyclosporine.I have a severe low white blood cell count with serious infections history.My heart's pumping ability is at least 40%.I don't have any health conditions that would prevent me from undergoing strong chemotherapy.I have a blood disorder with worsening bone marrow function.My diabetes is under control.
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
