This trial will study how young smokers perceive and act when smoking cigarettes with little to no nicotine. They will also study a sub-sample of LGBTQ2S+ smokers.

- I am currently using nicotine replacement therapy.I am between 18 and 34 years old.I have heart disease, high blood pressure, or other smoking-related conditions that could affect my participation.I mostly smoke non-menthol cigarettes.I mostly smoke menthol cigarettes.
- Group 1: Menthol very low nicotine cigarette
- Group 2: Non-menthol very low nicotine cigarette
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
