This trial will compare the effectiveness of levofloxacin vs cefepime for cancer patients with fever and neutropenia.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for cancer patients over 18 with fever and low white blood cell counts (neutropenia) due to leukemia, lymphoma, or solid tumors. They must be hospitalized, not pregnant, using contraception if fertile, have a life expectancy of at least 14 days, and no severe infections or conditions that could interfere with the study.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The trial is testing whether Levofloxacin is more effective than Cefepime in reducing fever and managing symptoms associated with neutropenia in cancer patients. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of these antibiotics.See study design
