This trial will engage 10 two-spirit, transgender, and nonbinary therapists and 50 of their clients to study the effectiveness of supportive and engaged therapy.

"This trial, to be assessed over a period of 20 months, seeks to quantify the feasibility of the proposed intervention. Secondary objectives include measuring any changes in scores for Gender Minority Stress and Resilience Measure (GMSR) subscales - designed specifically for transgender/non-binary individuals - Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS), and GMSR's Non Affirmation, Internalised Transphobia, Pride, Negative Expectations for Future Events, Non Disclosure and Community Connectedness scales."
