Research volunteers will be asked to undergo an acute bout of aerobic exercise at moderate intensity for ~120 minutes. Before and after the exercise the volunteer will undergo leg biopsy.

I try to give back by doing medical studies to help people survive. I knew that this study can help me maintain my good health and that I could also be paid for it.

I’ve been active in one sport or another my whole life.. June of 2020 I had a benign tumor in my toe, 4 surgeries to remove it, in a boot for over a year, gained weight became inactive, every joint and muscle aches all the time now.. want exercise to be my cure again.
