Breo Ellipta Reviews: What are patients saying about Breo Ellipta?

Breo Ellipta for Asthma
I had asthma my whole life, but it became much worse after living in China. Once I started taking Breo 200/25, though, it was like a weight had been lifted off my chest. I could finally breathe again.

Breo Ellipta for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease
This medication, in combination with Spiriva, has done wonders for my COPD. I can breath so much better now and don't feel nearly as short of breath.

Breo Ellipta for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease
I started taking this medication after Spiriva Ives stopped being effective. Breo does seem to work, but it comes with a range of uncomfortable side effects, including a sore throat, nasal congestion, back pain, and shortness of breath. Additionally, I've had heart palpitations while on the drug. It seems to work better after about an hour after use; however, the side effects are still present. I'm not sure if I will continue using it and may talk to my lung doctor about other options.

Breo Ellipta for Bronchospasm Prevention with COPD
After a few years on Spiriva, I switched to Breo. While it initially worked well for me, it eventually stopped being effective. However, I've found that Breo has helped me to breathe more deeply. The side effects (hoarseness, throat-clearing, and nose stuffiness) are a bit annoying but the benefits of the medication outweigh them.

Breo Ellipta for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease
I wanted to add that, in my experience, it doesn't seem to matter what medication you're taking for COPD. I found that adding an acid controller helped me feel much better while on Breo.

Breo Ellipta for Controller Medication for Asthma
Worked just as well as Symbicort, but after only three months I developed bronchial asthma. So it's not worth it in the long run.

Breo Ellipta for Asthma
I've been on this medication for 25 years and it really tightens my muscles and gives me leg cramps. Unfortunately, there are no other options available to me.

Breo Ellipta for Controller Medication for Asthma
For the last five days of treatment with Breo Ellipta, I experienced a severe cough that interrupted my daily activities. I believe that GSK is cutting corners by not providing full doses of the medication, which costs patients a lot of money.

Breo Ellipta for Emphysema
I developed some serious complications after starting this medication, including hoarseness, difficulty swallowing, and burning mouth syndrome. My doctor took me off the Breo for 10 days to see if that would help; thankfully, I'm already feeling some relief.

Breo Ellipta for Controller Medication for Asthma
I experienced burning in both lungs while using this medication, to the point where I had to sit on oxygen a lot. Xopenex provided some relief, but only for one inhalation. I'm praying for answers for all of us who are struggling with this medication. It should be reported to the FDA.

Breo Ellipta for Asthma
I started using the Breo inhaler on Feb. 15, 2020, but after only two weeks of daily use I'm discontinuing. My doctor advised me to stop because I experienced chest tightness, palpitations, daily headaches, severe back pain, leg cramps, and sweating--none of which are symptoms related to my asthma. In short: this medication did not help me at all and made me feel worse in general.

Breo Ellipta for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease
I didn't see any improvement after using this treatment.

Breo Ellipta for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease
This is complete garbage and I have no idea how it ever made it to market. It's expensive and dangerous, and the people responsible for this should be held accountable.
