Sales Associate Responsibilities (90 day probationary period)

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Offer consulting on tanning products and packages
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintains a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Shift Availability and Need for Emergency Fill-In Shift Coverage

Assistant Manager Responsibilities (promoted within 90 days)

• Checking Daily Physical Inventory Counts from Staff
• Checking Reorder Points for Versa Solutions and Products
• Checking, Counting and Logging Cash Drops
• Maintenance of Salon Logs (Courtesy Tan, Coupon, Water, Supply, Versa)
• Receiving and Cross Checking Packing Slips for Inbound Orders
• Maintaining and Supervising Salon Cleaning Schedule
• Communicating any Customer Issues to Manager and Owner

• Maintaining and Motivating Staff on Daily Goals
• Depositing Weekly Checking Daily Physical Inventory Counts from Staff
• Testing Equipment Procedures
• Creating or Assigning Weekly Promotional Designs
• Leading and Training New Staff on Customer Service Standards
• Shift Availability and Need for Emergency Fill-In Shift Coverage

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Salary: $9.00 to $15.00 /hour
