The Opportunity

The Service Advisor will have both a mechanical background as well as experience in customer service who is looking to grow their career in a fast paced environment.

Job Duties

  • Proficient with computers
  • Create and close work orders
  • Ability to source parts and look up labor times to complete accurate estimates and invoicing
  • Answer phones and complete scheduling
  • High level of organization
  • Valid driver's license and clean abstract


  • Service writer: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Automotive or Heavy Duty Repair: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of industry an asset
