WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Aveda Retail Shop Assistant Manager (Assistant Team Lead) is responsible for ensuring smooth and flawless location operations in order to provide a premium experience for clients and team members.

The individual must possess retail sales experience, operational management, administration and mentoring skills. Customer service experience is a key mandate of this role and a desire to develop and maintain relationships with guests is essential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support in overseeing the financial growth and success of the retail store
  • Support in building and managing the location's financial budget
  • Assist in managing and mentoring our Aveda Ste. Catherine retail team
  • Ensure the successful day-to-day operations of the location
  • Participate in the recruitment of new team members
  • Participate in educational offerings with Aveda
