This trial is looking at whether home-based interventions to improve air quality can help improve asthma outcomes. The study will provide participants with a 'Breath Easy at Home Kit', which could help with reducing environmental exposures. The study will assess the feasibility and acceptability of the intervention, as well as explore the efficacy of the intervention in reducing environmental exposures and improving asthma control.
