This trial is investigating the feasibility and preliminary efficacy of a home-based, cluster-set resistance exercise program in individuals with NSCLC. The program is designed to target symptoms of dyspnea and fatigue, which can contribute to physical decline, reductions in quality of life, and a higher risk of comorbidities and mortality.
