This trial will test whether a stepped collaborative care intervention can reduce depression in cancer caregivers, compared to an enhanced usual care arm. Biobehavioral factors, including changes in health behaviors and biomarkers of inflammation, will be assessed. The investigators also expect to measure metabolic abnormalities and clinical markers of CVD.
