M-Body Trial Summary

This trial will test whether a mindfulness intervention can help reduce depressive symptoms in low-income racial/ethnic minority adults, compared to usual care. If successful, this research could develop a model for delivering mental health interventions in community settings that is broadly disseminated and scalable to other populations.
