Organic grass-fed beef for Healthy Subjects

This trial will compare how two different types of beef (organic grass-fed and conventional) affect bile acids and other health markers in the blood. The study will last for four weeks, during which time participants will consume either organic grass-fed beef or conventional beef as part of their regular diet. At the end of the four weeks, researchers will measure bile acids and other health markers in the blood and compare the results between the two groups.
